Overseas Branding Director
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the company's overseas market strategic planning implementation, formulate the company's overall market work plan, and propose specific directions and implementation plans for market promotion, branding, public relations, activities, etc.;
- Build a promotion system and develop market resources, responsible for developing and maintaining resource partners, media and marketing channels;
- Formulate the company's global public relations strategy and public relations response;
- Responsible for business development and marketing activities innovation;
- Track market dynamics and competing products, summarize and analyze the market expansion effect, and provide decision-making basis to the company's senior management.
Qualifications:
- More than 3-5 years of branding related work experience in the Internet or international financial industry. Experiences in Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States, blockchain industry, and digital cryptocurrency are preferred;
- Bachelor degree or above, English level 6 and above, overseas study or work experience is preferred. Ability to communicate fluently with English native speakers.
Risk and Internal Controls Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leading business wide engagement and support for ongoing internal controls. Responsible for risk management in the operation process;
- Analyze the user's trading behavior, account status, identify risks, and design effective risk management measures;
- Track, monitor, manage key data indicators, analyze and optimize existing control solutions, and enhance user experience;
- Evaluate new projects, new users, user transactions and transfers, analyze and identify potential risks and design and implement risk management;
- Development and delivery of coaching and training materials for each department and regularly report risk information;
- Further development of Enterprise Risk management process. Complete other related work.
Qualifications:
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in finance, economics, law, computer, etc.;
- 1-3 years of work experience, financial institution risk management, blockchain industry, digital cryptocurrency field experience is preferred;
- Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, familiar with digital cryptocurrency features, operational methods, and risk management tools;
- Have strong logical thinking ability and analytical ability, good at independent thinking and thoughtful thinking;
- Responsible, good at communication and teamwork, full of work enthusiasm, and strong project promotion ability.
Operations Specialist ( English，Korean, Japanese, Russian，Vietnamese )
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop community-level goals and plans, and be responsible for building and managing users' overseas communities (including but not limited to Facebook, BitcoinTalk, Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin, etc.) to serve and achieve users management and operations purpose;
- Collect user needs and promote product, technology, and operational improvements;
- Solve problems for users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above; Overseas study or work experience is preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience in operating the Internet community; having more than 2 years of work experience in mainstream financial media or blockchain, or digital asset vertical media is preferred;
- Familiar with overseas social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter, telegram, and linkedin;
- Have a certain understanding of the blockchain industry;
- Expertise in English and Chinese is required. Expertise in Korean, Japanese or Russian is required for corresponding operation specialist positions.
Platform Operations Specialist
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the analysis of the daily data of the platform;
- Responsible for the tokens/coins listing work and the docking of the project holders and the business department;
- Assists in completing activities related to various cross-functional departments (for instance: customer service, marketing departments) in support of goals within the department;
- Develops, recommends and implements process improvements to improve efficiencies and services provided Serves as the liaison between departments when it becomes necessary;
- Presents proposed solutions in a clear and concise manner and Investigate problems of an unusual nature in the area of responsibility;
- Additional Position Responsibilities and related duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Overseas study or work experience is preferred;
- 1-3 years working experience in operations required; More than 2 years of work experience in mainstream financial media, blockchain, or digital asset vertical media is preferred;
- Strong organizational skills and learning and execution ability.
